Robert Grande

Piano Teaching Artist

Rob Grande, born and raised in Staten Island, New York, is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. His primary instrument is the keyboard. He is also an experienced saxophonist and well versed with numerous other instruments.

Rob’s early instruction with the Rockit Live Foundation, a non-profit organization based out of Red Bank, New Jersey, introduced him to multiple genres of music, including classic rock and pop, while working with professional instructors to develop his skills. Through the Rockit Live Foundation, he was mentored by and performed with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame artists Eddie Brigati, “Little” Steven Van Zandt, Ricky Byrd, and the late Lou Pallo. These opportunities provided invaluable experience and guidance as he began to gain momentum on his musical journey.

Rob continues to work with the Rockit Live Foundation, currently filling the roles of Vocal & Keyboard Instructor, Social Media Manager, and Post Production Engineer. Additionally, he performs regularly as a vocalist and keyboardist at local venues and private events. He also interned at the world-renowned Electric Lady Studios in New York City.

Rob continues to master his craft at the University of Miami Frost School of Music. There, he studies music engineering technology and contemporary keyboard.
