Jennifer Phan

Piano Teaching Artist

Jennifer Phan is a pianist, vocalist, producer, and composer from Hanoi, Vietnam. She has had many years of pre-college training in classical piano at the National Academy of music in Hanoi. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in media scoring and production at the esteemed Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, and is focusing on contemporary keyboard.

Jennifer’s musical journey has taken her to performances with diverse ensembles spanning various instruments and styles. Her ultimate aspiration is to create music that exceeds the genre boundaries, and that blends and draws from her background.

Jennifer has teaching experience in private class settings, primarily as a teaching assistant for her mother, where she instructs piano, music theory, and music history. Jennifer has also honed her skills as a recording engineer, in professional studio sessions and live performances.
