Linda Alvarado Stermer

Linda Alvarado Stermer, vocalist, is from Miami, Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami Frost School of Music where she earned a Master of Vocal Jazz Performance. She received a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from Western Michigan University.
Linda is also on the music faculty of Miami Dade College, Kendall Campus, where she teaches jazz voice lessons, and leads the vocal jazz ensemble and women’s choir. Since the start of her career, Linda has shared the stage with vocalists Becca Stevens, Cyrille Aimée, Sara Gazarek, Kate McGarry, Peter Eldridge, the Real Group, and the New York Voices. In addition, she has sung with recording artists Ben Folds, Nathan Pacheco and Jon Secada.
