Thank you for your ticket order to the Community Arts Program (CAP) 2017 Summer Concert Series!
PARKING: Parking is available in the parking lot directly in front of Coral Gables Congregational United Church of Christ. Additional parking is available in the west-end parking lot of the Biltmore Hotel. Designated non-parking areas around the Church are subject to parking violations from the City of Coral Gables.
BOX OFFICE: The General Box Office and entrance opens at 7:00 p.m. on concert evenings. Outside usher staff can direct you to the General Box Office, upon arrival.
PATRON TICKET HOLDERS: Patron ticket holders enter through the Pre-concert Reception door each concert evening. Patron tickets awaiting pick up will be just through the Pre-concert Reception door. Outside usher staff can direct Patrons to the Pre-concert Reception door, upon arrival. Each concert, Pre-concert Reception is between 6:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
SEATING: Seating, within rows 1 through 9, for Patron ticket holders begins at 7:05 p.m. Seating for General tickets holders begins at 7:40 p.m. Concerts begin at 8:00 p.m.
MASTER CLASSES: If you have registered for a Young Musicians’ Summer Master Class, this confirmation receipt also serves as your master class “ticket” for entrance.
CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS: All sales charged to a credit card will display on your monthly statement as CAP.
TICKET SALES POLICY: All sales are final. There are no exchanges. Ticket refunds will be processed only when requested within 30 days from the date of a concert cancellation due to a named storm.
